Return & Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms:

• Bringing the purchase invoice is a prerequisite for the device warranty.
• Warranty is 1 month from the date of purchase.
• Warranty is for replacement only, not return, for one month, in addition to a two-month warranty on the motherboard.
• Return is only accepted if the same product is not available.
• The battery warranty is only 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that it lasts less than an hour of video playback.

Warranty Void Cases:

The guarantee shall be void in the following cases:

• The device has been damaged as a result of misuse, such as a broken chassis/screen.
• Unauthorized maintenance, dismantling, or installing any parts of the device.
• Exposure to misuse, such as liquid leakage or burning due to electricity issues.

Receipt of the warranty certificate by the client is an acknowledgment of receiving the device in good condition and agreement to all the above conditions.
